AR Green conducts systematic laboratory testing across every production shift to evaluate raw water input, in-process water chemistry, and finished packaged goods.
Rigorous daily testing protocols
Our quality control technicians sample water throughout the production journey. Testing protocols encompass physical properties (clarity, odor, turbidity), chemical parameters (pH, TDS, conductivity, and specific mineral ion concentrations), and microbiological purity indicators.
Batch clearance and sample retention
No bottled inventory is released to the warehouse without logged laboratory clearance. Furthermore, retention samples from each numbered batch are archived in temperature-controlled sample libraries for the full duration of the product shelf life, supporting post-market traceability.
