A purpose-built manufacturing plant
Located in the industrial zone of Ras Al Khaimah, our manufacturing facility is designed for hygienic containment, logical product flow, and strict contamination control. Raw water enters multi-barrier filtration and purification systems before being transferred via stainless steel lines into positive-pressure clean-room bottling enclosures.
The connected production journey
Every bottle produced at AR Green follows a rigorous, sequential operating cycle: precision filtration, chemical and microbiological verification, automated blow molding or sterile container washing, isobaric or gravity filling, hermetic cap sealing, high-speed labeling, and secondary shrink-cartoning.

Climate-controlled storage and fleet dispatch
To protect product integrity in the regional climate, finished goods are stored in shaded, ambient climate-controlled warehouses adhering strictly to First-In, First-Out (FIFO) stock management. Our fleet coordinates direct deliveries to corporate facilities, hotel receiving docks, and distribution warehouses.
