Bottling & Packaging

AR Green’s bottling and packaging operations transform purified water into market-ready single-serve, glass, and five-gallon formats with high-speed automated precision.

01

Hygienic enclosed filling and capping

Bottling occurs within enclosed, positive-pressure clean rooms that safeguard containers against airborne particulates. Containers undergo ionized air or water rinsing before automated isobaric filling and immediate hermetic capping with tamper-evident closures, ensuring pristine hygienic integrity.

02

High-speed labeling and batch traceability

Automated labeling machines apply wrap-around OPP film, self-adhesive labels, or sleeve packaging with pinpoint alignment. Simultaneously, high-resolution laser or inkjet coders imprint batch identification numbers, manufacturing timestamps, and expiration dates directly onto each bottle and shipping carton.

03

What commercial buyers specify for production

When commissioning a packaging run, commercial buyers can select from confirmed formats: 5-gallon reusable containers, single-serve PET bottles (including 1.5L, 500 ml, and 330 ml), or premium 750 ml glass bottles. Buyers specify label artwork, carton packaging configurations, and pallet stacking preferences.
