Food Safety Management

Our facility implements rigorous Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and sanitation protocols to ensure bottled drinking water remains uncontaminated from source to seal.

01

Hygienic zoning and positive-pressure clean rooms

The plant is divided into distinct hygiene zones with controlled personnel access. Bottling lines operate inside positive-pressure enclosures with filtered air supplies to prevent dust and airborne particles from entering open containers prior to capping.

02

Automated Clean-in-Place (CIP) sanitization cycles

Stainless steel piping, storage tanks, and filling nozzles undergo scheduled automated Clean-in-Place (CIP) sanitation cycles. Thermal and chemical sanitization protocols ensure complete elimination of biofilm and microbial buildup across all product-contact surfaces.
